What Is Yeast Infection?

Boric powder capsule – 600 mg

  1. Insert a boric acid capsule into the vagina.
  2. You can also add 600 mg boric powder into a gelatin capsule to make your own boric acid suppository.

How Often To Do

Insert boric acid suppositories in the vagina every day for 14 days.

The pH value of a healthy vagina is 4. Boric acid is acidic in nature and helps to balance and restore the acidic pH value of the vagina which is changed by infections. Boric acid also has antifungal and antimicrobial properties which fight the yeast infection and keeps the vagina healthy.

1 tbsp. pure/virgin coconut oil

  2. For yeast infections in the mouth, take a tablespoon of melted pure coconut oil. Do not swallow it. Keep it for 10 seconds and then spit out. Do not eat or drink anything for 30 minutes.
  3. Inserting a tampon soaked in warm coconut oil in the vagina is also one of the effective natural home remedies for yeast infection in females.

Useful tip: Use virgin coconut oil if possible as it is more effective to treat yeast infections.

Coconut oil is a very good natural cure for yeast infection. Several studies have found that coconut oil can kill yeasts which cause yeast infections.   1. Add 4 drops of tea tree essential oil to 2 tbsp. of warm and diluted coconut oil.

Note: Tea tree oil is an essential oil and should always be used with carrier oils. And if you are using tea tree oil for the first time, do a patch test before using it. Remember to change the tampons for every 3 – 4 hours.

  3. For vaginal yeast infections, soak a tampon in this oil and insert it.

Note: Oregano oil is an essential oil which means it is not safe to use alone. Always use essential oils with carrier oils. Do a patch test if you are using oregano oil for the first time. Do not forget to change the tampons for every 3 – 4 hours.
