How to Get Rid of Lice Naturally

  2. Tie up the hair and cover the head with a shower cap. Let it sit undisturbed for 2 to 3 hours. You can sit in the sun or use a hair dryer to heat up the tied hair.
  3. Carefully remove the shower cap and dispose of it through a zip lock cover to prevent it from spreading eggs or the lice.
