How to Use Essential Oils for Aroma
Diffusers:
These are used to disperse the oil in the air. Add a few drops into the diffuser for the fragrance to linger in the house.
Inhalation:
The simplest way of using the essential oils is to inhale them. This could be done through steam inhalation where few drops of the oil are added to water. And by putting a few drops on the pillow directly to inhale the aroma.
Humidifiers:
These are designed to reduce the dry air of the homes. Add a few drops to the humidifier which has a diffusion tray to create a pleasant atmosphere in the home.
